Lunch Date
Once a week we meet Aunt Shawn and walk at Pearson Park and go to lunch. Today was Sawyer's first time in the high chair....he did a great job too! Very interested in watching the people in Wendy's!
Uh-Oh!
Sawyer has really started to move about the living room (and dining room and kitchen when daddy isn't home....daddy is afraid he will get hurt on the tile and wood floors). During one of his explorations he managed to pull himself up to the little table we have between the chairs in the living room and then pull it on top of him! He never shed a tear...just laid there and jibber jabbered! I felt like an awful mommy though! It's amazing how quick they can get into things!
Here he is taking a break from exploring into the dining room.
He loves to hold the phones and remotes...so I am trying to take a quick picture before his hand grabs it!

It's Only Just Begun!
On June Sawyer started to pull himself up for the 1st time....the funny part being he used his bouncy swing to pull up on and he would use the pole for balance and at time when he would bounce and jump he looked like a pole dancer. I couldn't get a picture of him standing completely up though. :(
Little Feet
Crap....I am WAY behind!
So, I have learned that being a mommy makes for less time to get anything else done....BUT I wouldn't have it any other way!! I have not written a post for over a month....I need to catch up! My goal during nap times and pumping times for the next week or two is to catch up with all of my pictures.
Sippy Cup and Water
Sawyer was super sick this week (June 18ish)..he started getting a cold on Wednesday night and we had him to the dr. on Friday for a bad cough that had changed into croup by Friday afternoon :( I felt so bad for him...really I felt so helpless! A poor little baby who has no idea how to blow his nose or clear his throat. He would cough (or bark as we called it) so much that it would gag him and he would end up throwing up! I can't tell you how many times he has gotten sick this weekend...as well as the countless nose wipes (that he despises) .
But he has started to master drinking from a sippy cup!
